# Floor Plan Studio

Floor Plan Studio is an iPhone app for private LiDAR room scanning, measured 2D plans, CAD 3D inspection and professional spatial export workflows.

## Core workflow

- Capture one room or coordinate a multi-room layout with Apple RoomPlan on a supported LiDAR iPhone.
- Inspect a navigable 2D plan and clean CAD 3D model.
- Verify or correct supported measurements while preserving captured evidence.
- Create optional detailed Real 3D captures and directional Photo Tours.
- Export PDF, PNG, normalized JSON, metric DXF, IFC 4 and USDZ.
- Share or restore complete `.floorplanstudio` project packages.

## Privacy

Scan, camera, LiDAR, photograph, plan, model, measurement, note and optional project-location content stays on the iPhone unless the user explicitly exports or shares a file. When Firebase services are enabled, bounded usage and diagnostic data may be processed, but app-defined payloads exclude project content.

## Important limit

LiDAR and RoomPlan measurements are estimates. Verify dimensions with appropriate tools and qualified professionals before construction, legal, safety-critical or purchasing decisions. Floor Plan Studio is not a certified survey.
