# Floor Plan Studio Terms of Use

Floor Plan Studio provides room capture, measured-plan inspection, CAD 3D viewing, spatial capture, local organization and export tools on supported Apple devices.

## Measurements

LiDAR, RoomPlan, reconstructed geometry and derived measurements are estimates. The app is not a certified survey and does not replace architectural, engineering, construction, valuation, accessibility, safety or other professional judgment. Verify critical dimensions independently.

## User responsibilities

Users must have authority to capture each space, obtain required consent, follow local rules and avoid people or sensitive materials. Users are responsible for backups, exported files, downstream interpretation and supported third-party workflows.

## Availability

Features depend on Apple hardware, operating-system capabilities, storage, thermal state and third-party services. Compatibility with every file, device, future app release or third-party product is not guaranteed.

## Consumer rights

Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not excluded or restricted.
