For technical problems, questions about device support, local projects, imports or exports, email infolemieapp@gmail.com.

Protect private project content. Do not attach scans, floor plans, photographs, addresses, notes, exported project packages or other personal information. We can begin with the app version, iPhone model, iOS version and the steps that led to the issue.

Device requirements

Room Scan and Real 3D require an iPhone supported by Apple RoomPlan and LiDAR. Photo Tour, the Library, compatible imports and exports, and saved-project viewing remain available on supported non-LiDAR iPhones.

Saved projects

Project content is stored locally on the device. Deleting an item from the Library or deleting the app can remove local content. Separately exported files, shared copies, device backups and file-provider copies must be managed where they were saved.

Import and export

Floor Plan Studio exports PDF, PNG, normalized JSON, metric DXF, IFC 4, USDZ and complete .floorplanstudio project packages. Import compatibility depends on the format and evidence available in the source file; the app does not invent measured walls or semantics that the source does not contain.

Measurement questions

LiDAR and RoomPlan measurements are estimates. Verify all critical dimensions with appropriate calibrated tools and a qualified professional before construction, legal, safety-critical or purchasing decisions.

What to include in a report

Floor Plan Studio version.
iPhone model and iOS version.
The feature you were using and steps to reproduce the problem.
A short description using generic terms, without private project content.
